The trip was very enjoyable. The hotel in Iguazu (Hotel St. George) was very nice...good size room, nice pool, good breakfast, staff was pleasant and helpful.
The hotel in Mendoza (Huentala) was not as nice. Very small room, mediocre breakfast, staff was not pleasant nor very helpful. I would not stay at this hotel again, nor recommend it to others.
The transportation to/from airport/hotel was on time, pleasant.
Flights were all on time. No problems.
Overall the process to book went smoothly and efficiently, the website provides good information. The trip was flawless.
I would recommend this company to others, and have done so already.

Both my husband and I were very pleased with our vacation booked through you. From our USA phone representative Gizelle(so patient and kind) to our tour agent in Buenos Aires Marcela everyone was efficient and helpful and it was nice to tailor make our plans to suit our needs. All transfers were prompt and we were pleased with our hotels and extra tour activities. Marcela`s advice when she met us at the airport saved us from becoming victims of an attemped street theft. I would highly recommend that travelers at least get that first accompanied transfer. She also called to check on us at other times. We have already recommended your company to several people and will continue to do so. Hopefully more travelers will discover you and in turn discover the beautiful country of Argentina and it`s welcoming people

Buenos Aires - Iguazu Falls - Mendoza

Our trip to Argentina was stunning. We stayed in 3 different hotels because we traveled to various areas of the country. Our hotel in Buenos Aires was comfortable, clean and the staff was awesome. We had the breakfast plan and were more than pleased by the food itself as well as the presentation. We stayed at America Towers, we were in a great location for walking, we felt safe at all times. We took several `side trips` trips while we were in Buenos Aires. We scheduled our excursions so that we were back in Buenos Aires in time to rest, venture out on our own and then have a relaxed dinner. Our first trip was to the River Tigre, it was fascinating and the coffee served on our motorboat was wonderful!! We spent a day in Uruguay in Colonia de Sacramento, what a lovely town! The ferry was comfortable as we crossed the widest river in the world! We went to a Tango presentation one evening and saw Phantom of the Opera on another evening!! We flew Lanchile Airlines to Iguazu Falls and stayed for 3 days. The flight was on time, the plane clean and the attendants most attentive. We went to the San Ignacio Ruins visiting the Jesuit Mission. We also made a stop at a mine in Wanda, Argentina. We had a magnificant guide who took us to the Falls on both the Argentina and Brasil sides. It was beautiful, the rainbows were like something out of a postcard. We stayed at Esturion Iquazu, it was gorgeous! There was a porch that we could relax on during the evening, the food served at the breakfast was wonderful. One day we had them make us a box lunch which we kept in our room and after we returned from the Brasil side of the Falls we had a picnic at the pool. We walked to the town of Puerto Iguazu every evening. The shops were lovely and it was fun to stop in the cafes. Yerba Mate is an acquired taste, but we enjoyed it by a week into our visit! We didn`t want to leave Iquazu...but we took Aerolineas Argentinas to Mendoza and found this airline to be equally clean and on time! Mendoza is a beautiful city that through the use of irrigation has created a town of trees!! We stayed at the Huentala hotel. We anticipated only staying in Mendoza for one full day and flying back to Buenos Aires, but we were so delighted with our time that we changed our flight to a later time and were able to have two full days in Mendoza. We were scheduled to do a half day tour on a bus of the Villavicencio Valley and then return for an evening in Mendoza. When we expressed great interest in the area our guide gave us some options for the next day and we chose to take a private car with our guide and driver to visit the Andes....it was the best decision we could have made. We paid extra when they picked us up and we spent an entire day visitng some of the most beautiful scenery and hiked around in the area in front of the tallest mountain in the western hemisphere. A condor flew low and we were astounded by the size!! The mountian peaks were gorgeous and the glacier was awesome. We returned to our hotel which was of the standard we came to expect...again our room was lovely and the breakfast delicious. We spent the next day exploring the town on our own and were picked up and taken to the airport to return to Buenos Aires. We returned to America Towers, it was fun to be recognized by the staff....they were so kind to us. We did one last day trip to Lujan Basilic, it was a beautiful little town with a magnificant cathedral. We ate at a restaurant run by nuns from all over the world. The food was yummy and the wine delicious. We had a final day to play in Buenos Aires on our own and we took advantage of every minute.
Would we recommend you to others, absolutely!! My daughter and I take a yearly trip together and we have always planned all of the trips on our own...we don`t like tour groups. This was a wonderful way to experience Argentina. We had hotels lined up, a few excursions that we had chosen prior to our arrival and then had large amounts of free time as well as flexibility with our guides if we decided we wanted to change some of the itinerary. We paid for our changes, but it was well worth the money.

We had a great time!!! No complaints at all. The staff at all hotels were great. The Art Hotel was a little stuffy, but it was cool in the evenings, but what a great location within a few blocks of the subte.
We didn`t do transfers as we are well traveled and grabbed taxis as we went.
I would definitely recommend your company to friends and family for future travel.

We had a wonderful vaction without any mishaps anywhere.
The Art hotel was friendly, but somewhat run down rooms and cramped rooms.
The Orchideas in Iguazu was very comfortable but would have liked something closer to town. The Huentala was perfect in every manner. The last night in Las Americas in BA was the best.
We arranged our own remis transfers and had good experience even in taxis.
The attractions were very well presented and even with limited Spanish we were able to get most of the narratives.
All airlines were firendly and as advertized and extremely on time.

Our vacation was great. Customer service was very helpful in planning our vacation. The hotel for all cities were very nice with breakfast included. My package included one city trip but with the option to sign up for more in each city, which let pick and choose what we wanted. Each extra activity we added was of high quality.
Overall I high recommend you as a travel website to South America!
