We had a very enjoyable trip to Brazil and Argentina through the website. All of the hotels we stayed in were either great or very good with no surprises. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The airport and hotel pickups were great and always on time. The transfer from Das Cataratas to the airport on tbe Argentina side was especially easy thanks to our driver.
The hotels were fine, except for the lack of good internet services at the hotel in Rio and Buenos Aires.
But overall, it was a great trip and we would certainly recommend your website.

Our trip was perfectly orchestrated and had excellent service provided by the guides, especially William Sousa in Iguacu Falls nd Marcella in Buenos Aires and their various drivers. Truly we give the organization, hotels, and service a 10. We give everything high ratings except one area: when we arrived in Rio in early evening, we did not receive an itinerary for the next day until the middle of the night; therefore, as the tour was only a half day, we were not able to plan for the other half of the day very well.
Thank you and thank April. We would use your agency if we ever went back to South America again.

Rio, Sofitel is in the best location , a little bit old but worth it Sheraton Iguazu Resort great location also, but old, very old, the Spa is great (Before 4 PM 30 percent off)

Our trip to Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil was wonderful, splendiferous,culturiously educational and breathtaking. (June 09)

HOTELS:
BUENOS AIRES. We were impressed/very pleased with our own choices of Hotels, based on Travel Conde Nast`s rating, The Lois Suites (Recoleta) and the the Park Hyatt -Palacio Duhau (Recoleta)
was indeed luxurious in amenities/ambiance/service., these 2 hotels are among the top 15 Hotels in South America (Travel Conde Nast) and we strongly recommend both. The Service, graciousness of the entire staff (both Hotels-were superb and impeccable). Recoleta is a choice neighborhood in Buenos Aires. No complaints with the Breakfast Plan.

IGUASU FALLS:
The Sheraton Hotel was the perfect location for us, so intimate to the majestic falls in lush rainforest setting.THE BEAUTY,SIGHTS/SOUNDS were indubitably breathtaking./and so conveniently accessible . Flora/Fauna abound. The walkways, the train ride , made the tour of the falls uniquely awesome.
The service in this hotel ,of the entire staff is commendable. Breakfast Plan was enjoyed.

RIO DE JANEIRO:
Porto Bay`s location was perfect, The 2 rooms 1, for our son (had a balcony) and the other for us were magnificent-what with the (the almost all glass sweeping- windows). The rooms 1102 and 1103, gave intimate , views of Copacobana Beach, the mountains,/the vegetation/the boats/buildings/people etc.etc. WOW. Strongly recommended. It was not the Copacobana Palace, but we were so pleased/impressed with Porto Bay/Rio Internacional.The sounds of the ocean waves were soothing to our tired selves from touring.
The Service (entire staff) was superb. We were even allowed to keep the room until our departure for the airport .Breakfast Plan was enjoyed.

Transfers: /Drivers:
ALL were prompt, pleasant and courteous ,commendable..
They are unsung heroes and hats off to them.

Tours/Tour guides:
Buenos Aires, Guide -city tour, (Max Lopez) recommended, pleasant/knowledgeable
professional/courteous. enjoyed the tour. Carlos Gardel- Dinner/Tango Show was a lovely /spectacular/stunning event.

Buenos Aires, tour, at our request was arranged (Jewish sites/hi lights.)
Guide (Adrianna Rizelstein,) she was wonderful
very knowledgeable, pleasant, accommodating,engaging. Highly recommended.
We were Culturiously/Educationally enriched.

Montevideo:
Crossed the Widest River in the world La Plata (B.A./Montevideo)
Due to Nature`s temperament, the rain, kind of interfered with intended itinerary.
It was an Educational/History tour/Jewish Heritage and city tour.
Guide/Driver -Ramon La Rosa, was engaging, history knowledgeable and pleasant /commendable.
Mid day, we had the best barbecue-Uruguayan style lunch .Toured again .He arranged for our change of venue for earlier departure from Montevideo, by bus to Colonia, which gave us a chance to view the wide grasslands/grazing for cows /farms ,etc,
Took the Buguebus back to Buenos Aires from Colonia.

Iguasu Falls/Argentina
Guide-Adrianne Elosegui: Highly recommended, courteous, engaging, accommodating, very knowledgeable /professional.
This Wonder of the World is MAGNIFICENT. We have been to Victoria Falls (Zambia/Zimbabwe), of course- to ("poor Niagara,") but the beauty/intimacy/diversity- offered in the Iguasu Falls/Argentinean side was breathtaking, Flora/Fauna added so much to the awesomeness of this Wonder.
The panoramic view of course on the Brazilian side was also majestically/astounding/ breathtaking.

The beauty,of (Rio De Janeiro) ,in spite of the favelas, is a touch of Capetown, Sidney, Hongkong, Lisbon,Monaco, New York , all rolled into ONE. A SPLENDIFEROUS/ BREATHTAKING /MAJESTIC (360 degrees) beautiful scenery we have ever seen.

Travel connections were thru your agent April Stiles, who was patient/accommodating/consumer friendly, with many changes in some arrangements.

My husband, 2 days before our departure, accessed your web site and was able to obtain the vouchers for our travels, individually printed vouchers for hotels./tours/transfers/contacts,as other Tour operators do.
I did request these documents from April earlier but I was told to copy the given final itinerary.
Those individual /respective vouchers made this trip consumer friendly/efficient..

As an aside, we have traveled the World ( Visited- ALL 7 Continents),modesty aside, have traveled with Abercrombie and Kent, Tauck Tours, American Express and others, We are pleased to keep you in mind ( our first with you -this trip with Latin Destinations), hopefully for Machu Picchu/Galapagos.?We had an immensely educational/culturious/breathtaking etc.etc trip with you.
