The Galapagos are located six hundred miles west of the Ecuadorian coastline. The hotels were very nice and all of them offered an excellent breakfast. We especially liked the fresh, authentic breakfast offered by Hotel Quito. The Hotel Carvallo in Cuenca was very quaint and we also enjoyed it ...
